Dairy Products

Please Note: We use heavy cream, butter, milk, sour cream, ricotta and mascarpone cheese in the production of many pastries and desserts. Our facility is not 100% dairy free.

So that you can make the best decision for you and your family, we have provided a list of products which are not made with any dairy products:

Carrot Cake: Our carrot cake is totally free of any dairy product but the icing is made with cream cheese and butter. You can order the carrot cake without any icing and just dust it with some confectioners sugar or serve it with a non-dairy whipped topping and it will still be excellent.
