Almond Marzipan

     A flavorful almond cake topped with a thin layer of marzipan. These petite fours are available in dark chocolate or white chocolate.

  Hazelnut Dacquois

     Two hazelnut meringues enclose a filling of milk chocolate ganache which is then enrobed in dark chocolate. This classic pastry is then garnish in roasted hazelnuts. 

  Cheesecakes/Custards

     Bite sized cheesecakes baked on shortbread. Flavors include vanilla bean, chocolate glazed vanilla bean, and now pumpkin spice. $1.50 each

     Creme Brule: A classic vanilla bean custard caramelized as you wait. Pumpkin Creme Brule is now available through December. $3.95 each
