Q: How much does a wedding cake cost?

A: Our pricing begins at $4 per serving for butter cream cakes and $5 per serving for fondant wrapped cakes. These are just starting prices and the total cost of the cake is determined on the specific design. Our minimum price for a wedding cake is $150.

Q: How much notice do you need for a wedding cake?

A: We need at least thirty days from the date of your wedding.

Q: Is there a deposit?

A: There is a $75 deposit required to hold the date and will only be accepted after the consultation. 

Q: What is a Wedding Cake Agreement?

A: The agreement provides all of the details regarding your cake including sizes, flavors, colors, decorations, delivery fee, and any other details that need to be covered. Please read this agreement carefully before you sign it. 

Q: Do you deliver outside of Bloomington?

A: No

Q: Can you do cupcake tree instead of or in addition to a wedding cake?

A: We will be happy to make cupcakes for your special event but we do not supply the trees. If you require us to deliver and set up cupcakes, there is a minimum charge of $100 in addition to the price of the cupcakes.

Q: Can you make a fake wedding cake and then serve sheetcakes?

A: We can do this but the cost will be the same as creating a regular cake. The cost of the design is in the labor and it takes just as much labor to cover styrofoam as it does a real cake.

Q: Can I make changes to the wedding cakes design after I sign the contract?

A: If changes are necessary to the cakes design, they must be discussed in person and will incur a $25 fee for each additional meeting with our cake designer. No changes to the cake can be made within thirty days.
