Many of our guests are surprised at the selection of pastries we offer for breakfast. Flaky croissants, Cinnamon Rolls, and a variety of others created from Danish or Puff Pastry dough. Light and delicous, baked fresh within an hour of opening. Stop in early and taste for yourself what a fresh Danish or Croissant really tastes like. 

The Breakfast Club 

 With access points on Patterson and another on Rogers, we can have you in and out faster than any fast food drive through. Purchase an Angel B's thermal coffee mug for $7.95 and you're automatically a part of our Breakfast Club. Every morning you can help yourself to coffee and a small breakfast pastry for $1.50. For $2.50 you can make it coffee and the freshest, flakiest croissant in the Bloomington area. Tell us you saw the Breakfast Club advertised on our web site and save $3.00 off your mug.

The above pictures are just a few of the freshly prepared breakfast pastries prepared within 90 minutes of opening every morning. If you've never had a fresh from the oven pastry, you don't know what true quality tastes like.

 Breakfast menu

Choux Laces                                Light and flaky puff pastry with a thin layer of vanilla bean pastry cream, and a strip of raspberry marmalade. Pastry is garnished with Pate a Choux. $2.25    

Blackberry Cream Danish:                Flaky Danish dough encases a flavorful blackberry cream cheese mixture. $2.50 

Rustic Apple Tart:                       Flaky puff pastry baked with fresh Granny Smith apples nestled atop a thin layer of apple marmalade and a dusting of cinnamon sugar.   $2.25

Croissants:                                         Fresh from the oven, flaky and light.   Plain   $2.95 ea or 2 for $5              

Chocolate or Almond filled are $3.50 each or 2 for $6.        

Cinnamon Rolls:                                 A flaky Danish dough wrapped around a luscious cinnamon filling and finished with a light fondant glaze. $2.25

Scones:                                                   Two flavors are offered every week. Get them while they are warm. $1.95
