* There is an $8 charge on personal photos for photo cakes and a $12 charge for all licensed photo cakes regardless of size.

* All of Angel B’s custom cakes include basic borders and flower decorations. 

* We are not able to write messages on a 6”custom cake as the surface does not allow room for an attractive script.

* Please allow 48 hour notice for custom cakes.

Cheesecakes

All of our cheesecakes are prepared on a rich shortbread crust and gently baked in a water bath.  

Vanilla Bean Cheesecake:                 Madagascar vanilla beans and pure vanilla extract bring out the flavor in this cheesecake.

American Beauty: This is our version of the classic Red Velvet cake. Ours is filled and iced with a cream cheese butter cream and garnished with red tinted chocolate rose.

Lemon Silk: A light vanilla sponge cake flavored with vanilla syrup and layered with our house made lemon curd. The cake is finished in a silky smooth white chocolate butter cream and garnished with white chocolate shavings around the sides.

Mousse au Chocolat: Sinfully rich yet light and delicate. Our chocolate mousse cake is layered on a tender and moist chocolate cake and wrapped in a decorative sponge cake called "Joconde". A shiny chocolate glaze compliments this cake with filigree piping.

Tiramisu: One of our favorites. We make our own coffee reduction and syrup to flavor the light sponge layers. An Italian style custard is blended with creamy Mascarpone cheese and sweet Marsala wine to create that classic flavor.

Strawberry Colada: Light and fruity strawberry mousse is complimented by a coconut mousse and nestled between layers of vanilla sponge cake. Glazed strawberries and white chocolate “spoinks” adorn this cake.

Clouds in Your Coffee: A chocolate espresso cake layered with milk chocolate ganache, then enrobed in a dark chocolate coating. We garnish this cake in chocolate covered coffee beans and chocolate shavings.

Caramel Banana: Our banana walnut cake brings back childhood memories of mom's banana bread. We fill our cake with a light banana flavored ganache and ice it with fresh caramel butter cream.

Boston Cream: A classic! Our version is made with a yellow cake moistened with Madagascar vanilla syrup and fresh pastry cream. The cake is then glazed in chocolate and coated with chocolate shavings.
