Beginning with your bridal shower, Angel B’s can create designer cookies, petite fours, or a special cake for your gathering. Allow Angel B's to highlight your unique style and creativity.      

If you are looking for a grooms cake, look no further than Angel B’s for that special creation. Whether it is a hobby, a sport, a special flavor, or even a favorite team, our cake artist will make it one of a kind. 

Consultations 

Feel free to stop in for a visit and look at the quality of our work, not only in our cakes, but all of our products. We can answer some of your questions while you are here but if you need to discuss specific designs and pricing, please set up an appointment with our decorator as soon as possible.

You have two options for tasting our cakes. You may stop in and try our delicious cupcakes, baked fresh throughout the day. We usually have two or three flavors available every day and the cost is only $1.50 each.

Your second option is to order our trio of tasting cakes. Choose the flavor of your cakes, the complimentary fillings, and your icing selection. You may try them here at Angel B's, or you may want to take them home for a tasting with your family. There is a $30 fee for this service.  

Blocking Dates

Before we can hold a particular date, a consultation must be set up with our cake designer to discuss the specifics of the cake. A quote for the price of the cake will only be given when the design has been decided and agreed upon. After this, a contract will be drawn up with all of the details. At that time, a $75 deposit is needed to hold the date. Full payment for the cake must be made 30 days prior to the wedding date or the date will be released and the deposit forfeited.

Make an appointment to meet with our cake artist Loretta Brethauer. Share with her your vision of that perfect cake, the centerpiece of your wedding reception. It will be a reflection of your good taste, your specific style, and something that will be remembered for many years to come. 

Before your appointment, we encourage you to browse through the latest bridal magazines, wedding books, and even search the internet. Pick and choose what you like and what you don’t, then bring these ideas to your consultation and Loretta will help you design your one of a kind creation.

Pricing & Flavors

Our pricing begins at $4 per person for buttercream and $5 for wrapped cakes. 

Cake Flavors:

We could list all of the flavors we can prepare but this would take several pages. All flavors are the same price with the exception of any cake that contains nuts, coconut, or chocolate pieces.

Fillings include:

• Buttercream
• Fruit or Chocolate Mousse
• Bavarian Cream 
• Ganache
• Raspberry, Passion Fruit, or Strawberry Marmalade
• Lemon Curd
  

Icings Include:

• Angel's Buttercream
• Chocolate Buttercream

Enrobed Cakes: (pricing begins at $5.00)

• Fondant
• Chocolate
• Marzipan

We moisten all of our cakes with a simple syrup to impart a subtle flavor boost and to add moisture for better keeping qualities. We prepare our syrups from scratch using only natural ingredients and do not charge extra for this.
